PART 1 - ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP (A)
Only use this form if you are registered with the CNHC as a Nutritional Therapist or registered with HPC or UKVRN in the field of nutrition.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP (B)
Only use this form if you have successfully completed the EXTERNAL FULL PORTFOLIO ASSESSMENT.
PART 2 - ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP - APL/APEL PROCESS
This process can only be started once your application for ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP has been accepted and you are a member of BANT. All the documentation for this process is located in the members only section of BANT. You will have 6 months to complete this process and if you are successful you can then apply for FULL MEMBERSHIP of BANT.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP (A) - APL/APEL PROCESS
Those who have applied using ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP (A) need to submit 2 case studies to demonstrate effective clinical practice - documentation listed below:
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP (A) CASE STUDY INSTRUCTIONS ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP (A) EXAMPLE CASE STUDY ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP (A) CASE STUDIES SUBMISSION FORM
They also need to successfully complete 3 online Learning Zone Modules: FUNCTIONAL TESTING MODULE 1 FUNCTIONAL TESTING MODULE 2 THE PRINCIPLES OF FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP (B) - APL/APEL PROCESS
Those who have applied using ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP (B) need to successfully complete 3 online Learning Zone Modules: FUNCTIONAL TESTING MODULE 1 FUNCTIONAL TESTING MODULE 2 THE PRINCIPLES OF FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE
PART 3 - ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP COMPLETION
Once either the ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP (A) or ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP (B) process has been successfully completed, applicants need to submit evidence using the following form: APL/APEL CERTIFICATION COMPLETION FORM
