Any student enrolled on a nutrition/food science course at a BANT approved college, whose intent is to become a Full Member. Note: Any students in clinical practice before graduation are Licentiates of their own college of education who must take full responsibility for their students and their insurance status.

Honorary Fellow Members

Description Designation Voting Rights Register Option Fee
Appointment for Honorary Fellow Membership must be made by Council. Any recommendations to be submitted once annually by a Nominations Committee.
Criteria:

1) Nominee is not a member of BANT.

2) Nominee has either promoted the science and application of nutrition or has provided exceptional service to BANT. Honorary status may be conferred on individuals from any profession and is not limited to UK residents.
